Timing

Loss is challenging. Letting go is challenging. Death is challenging. As if death was not enough, today he lost his job. The timing could not be worse. The income was keeping them comfortable and now, he will drain savings severely until another income is found. She is most likely moving away and this will not likely change that. It will make it much more challenging for him due to the savings depleted over the years with her. He got his first ticket in years this morning, a really nasty cop doubled up on him because he did not have his registration available even though the tag showed the registration was up to date. He wants to avoid reality. They are processing the first month in seventeen years without him. He looks at his ashes on the shelf. He wonders about his own ashes. The world is cruel today. Truly terrible timing.
